Week 1: Introduction

Over the first week, an overview of the project and a timeline of when everything had to be completed was given. The overall goals were given to us and what we were expected to get out of its completion. We were also introduced to each other as a collaborative group for the first time and took some time for discussion to connect with each other. We then put together a Team Equity Charter to ensure everyone shares the workload and participates an equal amount. This was comprised of what each of us wanted to accomplish over the course of the project, as well as outlining protocols for internal disagreements to ensure we are being as efficient as possible with our time.
