Over the course of the spring term, the engineering design process will be applied to create a boat made from dough, shaped using an origami mold.  The dough and mold will then be baked to replicate the hydration process in cement.  The success of the project will be evaluated on how light the boat is and how much water can be held within the boat, while still floating
